How often are we watching videos on our phones these days? during commute, when you first wake up and a quick youtube video before bed? BASICALLY ALL THE TIME

Well now it has been found that 50% of ads embedded in videos are viewed using a mobile device. Therefore, placement of video ads are turning into the most preferred platform right now. Guess more ads during a facebook or youtube video for us!

what is so important about this?

Well for the digital marketing perspective it is important for businesses to put more thought and money into video ads since most of the views are from the tiny little device.

This is also a huge opportunity to really capture and attract the user behind the screen. This can be done by creating great and interactive content that leaves an impression and draw the attention of audiences. Therefore, to create awareness for the brand.

It is a great duo between mobile and videos because most people are stuck on their phones all the time looking for a sense of entertainment. So as this trend is uprising it is ideal to put extra attention and effort into video ads for devices.

  1. I hate it when I’m in the middle of a YouTube video that’s pretty lengthy, there’s always an ad in the middle that just disrupts the whole flow of the video and personally when this happens my exit rate is high!

    1. if it’s a youtube video i really wanna watch then i’m willing to endure that annoying 5-10 seconds haha
      i agree with you, for sure super annoying and bounce rate increases with that!
